This service simply requires you to send me update instructions (including new texts or images) and then leave the rest to CHC Web Design. All required changes will be completed and uploaded to your Website within 24 hours — ready for public viewing. This time-frame is dependent on the number and complexity of changes.
As soon as your site has been updated,We will send you an email to let you know. We will also attach to the email an invoice stating how long (in hours) the update took to complete. CHC Web Design, Website maintenance and management service also includes refining your key words on a regular basis to ensure your customers and the search engines always have the best and most accurate information about you.
The small print
Please note that this service does not cover the creation of new pages or any major development of existing or new areas of the site etc., as this undertaking would be covered under our Website design service and rates. I do not need to redesign the site to take over the maintenance responsibilities, unless we mutually agree that it is necessary. If for some reason I am not able to perform changes within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be informed ASAP.
Cost
Each Website requirements differ from each other and therefore, my fees are based on the individual needs of each client.
To give you an idea as to how much you will be paying for this service, amendments made that take up to 1 hour will cost £100. You can have as many hours as your Website requires and if you need to retain Our services for a regular amount of hours each week or month, We will offer a discount for payments made in advance.
